Learned that I desperately have to change the handguard on my AR if I'm gonna be shooting rapidly cause it heats up like a mofo. And a Glock really has nothing that I feel I will need to change.

For MLok rails I really like the Magpul type 2 covers, very grippy and they insulate against heat well.

guardian training center in warminster. about an hour outside of Philly. Great place BTW. Friendly and are totally not overbearing. Can basically do whatever you want as long as you're safe about it.

currently i have an ALG straight tube handguard. No ventilation ports on it but it was super slim and i love the feel of it, but once i was able to do 30 round mag dumps I couldn't comfortably hold the rail because it held in all of the heat.
