now just to take a trip out to PA so i can ungimp it and try everything out.

I'm still really happy with mine. The only thing I have done to it since is "add" a MagPul drum. I am considering changing out the red dot.

Minor changes mostly. Went from a red Dot to a variable scope (vortex strike eagle 1-6). I've been bouncing around lowers so I can shoot this upper semi auto in NY every once in a while on my fixed mag lower. Other than that not a whole lot. My planning state went through like a dozen changes.

How reliable are those drums. I've been considering picking one up next time I'm shooting in America.

Very. Tedious to load though.

Any different than just reloading two regular mags.

It takes longer to load a single D60 drum than 2 30 round magazines by a large margin.

Also consider that at $129 you can get many 30 round magazines for the cost of a single D60 drum.
