I was IDed in an outdoor shop in Everett, PA. Juniata Trading company. Gave me a weird look when I gave him a NYS id and then rang me up. Many places do not care, others have an idea of what NYS is like and do not want to risk it.

Well my guess would be a manufacturing issue. Maybe the two rounds on the left weren’t expanded properly and cracked when the bullet was partially seated. Makes sense that the revolver would not function with those two rounds being out of spec. Definitely a quality control failure on Remington.

It looks like 2 bullets are seated deeper than the others ? Two are right on the cannelure and the others are well below it?
