Where do you get your NY compliant ar barrels?

I'm sure it's possible. That does not say much about the defense attorney or the expert the defense attorney may or may not have retained to support their position. I agree some people are more conservative than others and that is their choice. Any law when litigated can have different...

I wish I could take credit for it but that is not my logic. It is the logic of expert witnesses in the field of firearms and ammunition.

Where do you get your NY compliant ar barrels?

You are correct the law does not mention Manual Loading. However, when explaining semiauto you need to explain what is a "manually loaded" firearm. In addition, how else does the firearm unload and load itself if it did not use the energy of the cartridge.

CA/NY New Option to AWB/Safe Act

No I am not. Open bolt design is a Semiauto because the shooter only has to do is press the trigger to shoot each and every shot. CA/NY New Option to AWB/Safe Act

I looked into that and the amount of force exerted on the bolt catch is minimal because it is stopping the bolt carrier at the rearmost position when the bolt carrier is just starting its acceleration from the stop position. I'm not an engineer but the force is calculated based on its...

CA/NY New Option to AWB/Safe Act

Just posted this in another thread Even if you hold it down it's still not semiauto by definition. A semiauto extract and loads itself after the press of the trigger without the shooters involvement. A "Manual Loading" firearm by definition is when the shooter after firing a shot must do...
