While I agree with you the "waitress" example is not a hood one as establishments/servers have been held liable for over serving a customer. I don't think it's right but it was established a long time ago.

Yeah, that's the up side to this county. I can't see the reason the amendments have to go through the judges. I'm sure they've got better stuff to do. My biggest gripe with this way of doing is it makes buying a pistol at a show pointless/impossible.

The less attention my vehicles attract the better. The less interaction I have with law enforcement the less chance of something going horribly and needlessly wrong.

A little of both. I've shot a few rounds through the Shield and like it better. My main gripe with the Ruger is the same as everybody else's. Too much slack in the trigger and not smooth but kind of gritty. I'm not one to sell my stuff so if probably just keep it and get a Shield too. LOL!

Ruger LC9 in a DeSantis SofTuck IWB holster. I'd like a S&W M&P Shield 9mm but this one was a good deal and gets the job done. Trying to decide if I'm going to do a trigger kit and some other upgrades to make it better or just sell it off and get the S&W.

Seems like Orange County mostly gives unrestricted. I know several people with CCW's here (including one with an assault charge from many years ago and he's unrestricted) and only one has administrative restrictions.
