I thought Heller protected firearms in common use too. Nothing will change until the Supreme Court makes courts apply strict scrutiny to the Second Amendment.

Why did they file separately from the "aw" ban lawsuit? Now this is TWO cases that need cert in order for us to get our rights back.

Why aren't they challenging aw AND mags? Two separate lawsuits is a terrible strategy. Odds are one, if any will be denied cert.
