MAyhoods has powder. Was there ~3 years ago to pick up something I couldn't find elsewhere (don't recall what). They had a decent stock of bullets too, if I recall correctly. Franklin's in Locke is just over the hill, they have powder, limited stock on other components .

You are under no obligation to speak to them. You can respectfully refuse and tell them you want to go back to class. They cannot force you to talk. A lot of times a school will have a counselor sit in with CPS - talk to them and tell them you do not want to speak to CPS.
