In Wayne County, I had to buy a pistol that I could not touch in order to apply for a permit. Luckily the permit came in when it did because the shop that was holding my gun went out of business not long after. Yes, it did suck laying out the cash for property that I could not touch and could...
In my experience, the big box stores will not allow the transaction if your license does not match, even with a pistol permit that shows the correct address. No issue at the local gun shop.
She should not be allowed to use the police for a photo op and only be charged a token fine.
Too bad they couldn't find a reason to hold her - at least over the weekend. She needs a bit of discomfort, otherwise this will continue.
No one's opinions will change. Those that hate Trump will ignore all of this and only believe what late night comedians tell them to believe.
The only thing that will have an effect is if people start going to jail - which won't happen. They are above all of that. Too many secrets, too many...
Maybe ammo should be handled like milk was - you leave your empty brass out and a delivery-person picks it up and leaves new ammo.
Or the ice-cream truck model? When you hear the truck playing a heavy-metal jingle coming down the street, you run out and order at the window?
They wouldn't though. They would call the Republican a series of '-its' (racist, sexist, misogynist, ect...) and declare the candidate 'illegitimate' and simply give the votes to the Democrat.
Doesn't matter if his comments were racist. The media has labeled them racist in every report, therefore that has become the reality. Repeat a lie enough times, it becomes the truth.
Listen to the people - I'm guessing Secret Service - freaking out whenever the cameramen would get between them and the President. I bet there were plenty of new ulcers formed that day on his protective detail.

I think this will stick. Electors can cast their votes however they want regardless of how the people vote.
U. S. Electoral College: Who Are the Electors? How Do They Vote?
"There is no Constitutional provision or Federal law that requires Electors to vote according to the results of the...
What about "a pistol or revolver that uses fixed cartridges that are no longer available in the ordinary channels of commercial trade - NY Penal Law § 265.00(14)" like an antique French Mle 1873 Revolver that is chambered in 11mm French Ordnance round. Can that be bought with a C&R?
"...he shot four of the five men he fought with, and the number of bullets he fired — eight to 10 — was too many to be self-defense."
Too many? An average of two for each assailant is about the bare minimum.
"Hello, yeah, it's me again. I was calling to report my nocturnal emission, but then I rubbed another one out while on hold. I'm trying for round three now - do you want to hold the line or should call back?"
Someone high up in the Democrat party has decided that Warren should not run and is using their control of the media to sink her. The question is, who has been selected as the chosen one that the media will prop up?

If she retires, I'll be shocked. I expect that even if she is being kept alive by machines and unresponsive to stimulus, her legal team will still be writing decisions.
She was working at RIT for a while. They fired her because she was prescribing hormones for transgender students against policy. She sued over the firing, won her case and got an undisclosed settlement. She now works at a private practice specializing in transgender care.
