The very first youtube review had very similar results. Not sure if your familiar enough with lucky gunners test. They use 4 layers of cloth in front of the block and as you know the barrier delays expansion and increased penetration.

dollar for dollar its tough to beat a Sig 1911. For a range toy consider a a full sized imo.

I dont see an issue with changing the trigger but opinions vary. It is a factory part so it helps the "its ok argument". That said if you dont find the stock trigger uncomfortable it wont be worth changing. Some pistols that come with curved triggers have a weird feel like some of the M&Ps...

IMO all the things you mentioned are subjective, one guy may like it and the next guy does not. Those are features you can never make everyone happy with. Glock does offer night sights, finger grooved van be filed off with little effort, triggers can be changed in 10 minutes, they do offer...

They are an optics company and want to sell their own, I dont blame them. A buddy picked up a full sized 320 with the optic per-installed, its a sweet shooter. I did like the optic but of course its not bullet proof loin an RMR.

Not exactly sure why shooting FMJ at pine boards would be important. The way I see it 9mm got beat by the ACP, 45 "killed" more pine. 9mm killed 3.6 square inches of pine where the 45 killed 3.84 square inches.

Keep 1 thing in mind... The governor who makes the laws no one like is elected by NYC and now the courts who are sentencing these crimes are the more republication supported towns. Take NYC out of the equation NY is A LOT less liberal, and Andy looses most counties out of the city.
