Crime comes from criminals, Crime is prevented by Police, if you want this garbage to stop let the cops take off the kid gloves and do what they do. Put criminals down. I am not saying make it a police state by any means but cops are hear to serve and protect, not drive past crimes with no...
Wife has the 26 with some nice night sights on it, put a Streamlight TLR-6 laser light on it for her. She loves it, I like it too just a tad small in my hands.
Meateater is a great show! Steve Rinella is well spoken and really takes the redneck out of a hunting show. Problem is there are only 2 seasons on Netflix. After you binge watch and are upset that there are no more episodes you can check out the Meateater Podcast!
I use Safariland Speed Loaders (push Button) and the Safariland speed strips. Push button is simple and reliable and the rounds to not move around, I have dropped them before and they still hold tight. Speed strips are a little cumbersome and you only get a couple rounds at a time but they...
Cant go wrong with that! I remember my first 870 sat under the Christmas tree when I turned 12....Shot my first round of trap and killed my first dear with that gun!
Attacks on the grid have happened as recently as a few months ago:
Sniper attack on Utah substation highlights grid vulnerability
In this case not a lot of customers were affected but when you see the service area of one substation reality sets in.
As stated above, the grid is essential to our lifestyle. The scary thing is how fragile the grid is. There are components on the grid that supply power to literally millions that if they get taken out take over a year to replace. With transformers at a million dollars + a piece, they do not...

A few months ago I bought a digital copy of the Ayoob Files, which are a collection of Massad Ayoob's analysis of shooting incidents that provide brilliant insights into personal defense. Here is a link for it if interested: Ayoob Files 1985-2011 | FMG Publications Resource Center
I have to agree, you tube is a great resource. I have recently subscribed to the personal defense networks page on youtube. Rob Pincus and Grant Cunningham have videos available. All great stuff!
As scary a thought as these camps are, at least we know where they are (Hancock, NY) What worries me are the cells being bred out of these camps that we do not know about. There have been over the course of the last year several small "cells" captured around both Buffalo and Rochester NY...
I always keep a few blankets in my Truck year round, use them more than you would think. I also have a few survival fire starters that never leave the truck, heck one is attached to my keys. Figure if I can stay warm should be able to handle most situations until self rescue, or help arrives.
