It's amazing what having the mainstream media and Big Tech being your cheerleader/lap dog can do for a senile guy who is the worst president in American history.
Not a bad thing, IMHO. The more outrageous the demands of the licensing authorities, the harsher a court will treat all of the restrictions as a whole on challenge.
It is of intense frustration to me that Antonyuk 2 does not seek to enjoin the need to have a non-NYC issued pistol license be given a special permit granting validity by the NYPD for CCW in New York City. It would seem a simple argument: if the process for a pistol license to be issued is by...
Well you could always take a stab at finding someone here would want that same pistol and see if they would buy it instead, but at Blueline prices not many will be that excited . . .
“Shot” my ass. They took 69 shots and one happened to hit the target. Hardly any marksmanship involved in that, and the team that made the shot says they may not be able to do it again.
I disagree with the take of this article. New York has a law that children must receive compulsory education. The Hasidic religious schools are not teaching any English subjects including math, science, history, or the English language. They are producing thousands of graduates who are only...
Interestingly when you look at the statistics, few Californians end up in Florida - they tend to stay west of the Mississippi. But yes we can add it to the list.
Perhaps Governor Noxious should notice his citizens are fleeing to Texas, Nevada, Montana, etc. and realize why? But he is too busy burnishing his liberal credentials for his upcoming presidential run.
Good report. I am just going to be patient and wait the litigation out. At this point, the risk of carrying in a no-no area (aka sensitive place) and triggering a felony is too high a risk.
I hoped I wouldn't be right so fast:

Easy fix. Enroll in the "Community Energy Program" and get the discounts. At your home, wire in a second non-internet enabled thermostat for your A/C and heat controls and have a switch between that one and the utility-controlled thermostat.
Get the best of both worlds!
The real issue is UPS is having firearms stolen left and right and wants to increase their scrutiny of gun shipments. Because it's their own employees stealing them.
We can expect at least some parts of the new law to be enjoined. I expect Hochul would have the same view, which is why Albany threw 100 new restrictions on the wall — to see which stick.
And expect disappointment from the 2nd Circuit, which has been hostile to the Second Amendment for many...
A very big deal. Anybody with a reasonably sized sport fisher is hit by these regs. And the covered period is November 1 - May 30, which is half the year and bumps on tuna season on both sides.
Pretty generous. NYC is moving to convert restricted permits to unrestricted with very little red tape, just the need to submit some statements on training and safeguarding etc. I am surprised by this.
You couldn't make this up. To save the whales, NOAA will be imposing a 10 knot per hour/11.5mph speed limit from the beach to 60 miles offshore.
Good luck trying to get to the Canyons for tuna fishing with that in place.
