Can someone show me where C&R licensees are exempted from the background check requirement of a C&R eligible gun in the SAFE Act? I don't see it.

When I went to CO last year, I drove for something like 15 miles without cell service. We don't usually have that issue here in the northeast, but it's issue other places. I do agree with you though. I always keep a lighter in my car.
