Ummm...shouldn't this have been common sense? If you're president, you cannot be personally prosecuted for enacting political policy even if it is egregious. If you're president, and you deal drugs in your spare time, you get prosecuted for your crime that is not related to official duties.

I hate it when firearms-ignorant "reporters" write about people only wielding "pellet guns" against police. In a self defense situation, someone (like a cop) cannot assess the function and caliber of a weapon pointed at them. Everything rapidly devolves into a shoot or don't shoot scenario...

I still do not believe that the Deep State will let Trump win. They have too much at risk. They will stop him using whatever means they deem necessary. And, the more desperate they get, the more dangerous they become.
