I have a bison armory Upper assembled with milspec Barrel nut if you want to get into a pistol cheap. All assembled just needs a Handguard. PM me if you’re interested.

Yeah, this is going to be another typical basket of shit from the state. On the re-cert website it asks about "frame only", caliber, etc. Sticky situation and answers. I mean, if you cert now as a frame only then by the time to recert again it becomes functional, how do you make that change...

I just still can't believe we have come to this point.... re-certifying a constitutional amendment. It just boggles the mind. I mean I know how we got here and I know it's wrong but damn.

Exactly why when I hunt with my 7.5” AR pistol in 6.8 spcII I can have a 10 round Mag. Why do I need a 10round Mag? Because I do damage control and when a literal heard comes in.... 10rounds goes fast.

JEM is 100% on this. Build a 6.8 SPC II and don't look back. If doing a rifle still with 16"; anything longer is just wasted weight. If doing an AR pistol by adding a lower to your permit then 12.5" is prime! Shoot me a PM if you want to talk seriously about it.
