You guys probably know much more than I do but in my experience with conversion lots and such... If you're gonna do it.. do it right. Dedicated lower dedicated upper. It's it's just for fun and you have a dedicated upper that you can change and use your current lower that's a different story.

It's a 9mm PCC 1/2-28 thread. Some of the SLR comps seem to have a hole ready for pinning.
