Can anyone here tell me what the dec says the fine would be? The rdx 400 is supposed to be 15 ⅞" limb end to limb end. Close but no cigar.

My friend has one and it has 0 recoil on your shoulder, but gives quite the bruise on your cheek with only trap loads, let alone 3" magnums.
