Just picked up a HK VP9 and I was wondering what people use for their home defense/carry ammo? I use Hornady Critical Defense in my Sig P320 XCompact, but I hear that ammo isn’t ideal for the VP9 as it has a longer barrel.

So far so good on my end. The Romeo 5 holds zero and takes the 12 gauge on the chin like a champ! Hope you enjoy!

I have a Romeo 5 on my 12 gauge pump, as well as a ghost ring sight to co-witness with incase something happens to the RDS. I think it works well, and I haven’t encountered any issues with it thus far.

Anyone own/shoot an AR made by this company? If so, what are your thoughts on how it shoots, and do you think the price warrants the purchase? I shot their “Ace” model and thought it was awesome, but I’m iffy on the $1,695.00 price tag.

Why do you say that? Because of the letter they posted about regarding what was compliant (other firearm)? Or issues with the rifle itself?

I actually reached out to Delta Level Defense back in Oct. They were very careful in saying (not saying) whether it was NY Safe Act compliant. Based on what I could see, the mag would still need to be pinned (with a capacity of no more than 10 rounds). Even with that said, some FFLs in NY still...
