This is not a solution to the problem. NYC is my home for the time being, I want to make everything work in every aspect.

I paid for my application on 1/04/2021. I got fingerprinted on 1/25/2022. I'm still in investigation. Do with that what you will. They told me at fingerprinting that it takes between 3-4 months from that point. They only do 10 fingerprinting appointments per day.
