I'm wondering why he hasn't been labeled a terrorist yet. I mean, the amount he meddles in other countries affairs, manipulates economies, incites violence and riots.

Get your point however if he is funding groups with the intent purpose of causing violence and the destruction of public and private property to advance an agenda through those means then it may not be such a stretch.
