Did he actually make threats or has this been taken out of context, seeing how the discussion was about 83 people being burned to death on national tv; plus it was g-men who attacked the compound and they shot first. I watched this on tv the reporters said, the g-men started firing and the BD were REturning fire (when you see the guy rolling off the roof from being shot) and immediately after it started the tv cut to commercial, then when they came back they reported it was the Branch Dividians? Who fired first. You could ask why they were even there. No machine guns, hand grenades, etc, were ever shown, sex crime they could have picked up Karesh? off compound anytime; getting food or at the bar he played at. All this info was available on air at the time.

Was thinking that myself. I have 500+ rounds of various calibers sitting in my car right now. I always have a couple of boxes of 9mm just in case I decide to stop at the range on the way home from work.

Yeah I’ve been confused about this, did he say “shoot federal agents...” or did he say “I AM GOING TO shoot federal agents”? Because there is a big difference between those, the first being a suggestion, the second being an actual threat.
Otherwise he was basically arrested for possessing guns and a lot of ammo (legal) and having an unpopular opinion online (legal).

Hopefully I don’t get flagged for this post for having certain words in a continuous string. To the lurking Fed, I am not condoning violence only discussing what the guy said

Making threats is making threats. He sounds like a smart and snarky kid, who, like a kid, doesn’t realize that his words have consequences. In our current national condition you have to know that these types of repetitive statements encouraging violence are going to get you tagged sooner or later. So, now he’s busted, and he’s stupid enough to say, “Hey, it was all a joke. Where’s your sense of humor?” I just hope his Dad doesn’t take a bunch of heat because of his son.

At some point, hopefully soon, people are going to finally get that there is no “hiding” on line. They will find you, so, STFU.

A few searches (never with more popular seach engines) start to confirm a suspicion that there is much more going on with this kid than this charge and a few rounds in the house.
