Nothing will ever change for the good here in upstate NY, it will only get worse and worse.
Unless upstate NY and NYC (downstate) separate from each other.

That's the only way for upstate NY to get out from under the tyranny of the Progressive Democrat rule ... IT'S. THE. ONLY. WAY.

Some help from the SCOTUS sure would be nice. It sure would be nice if they did their damn job and actually took on a 2A case that put a stop to this kind of shit. But the court seems to be preoccupied with SJW cases.
The faggots get their case heard by the SCOTUS, and they win their stupid cake.

But after we have been living under Cuomo's original NY UNSAFE Act for the last 5 long years...
Now we are looking at a NY UNSAFE Act 2...
Which includes, giving up social media log in information, a investigation of internet search history,
firearm insurance, red flag law, and more

I will probably have to give up my social media passwords and have my internet history searched to exercise me 2A rights.

There is another way but just as unlikely as your thoughts. We need an electoral college type system in place for Gubernatorial elections. Without it the higher populations in the cities (read welfare sucking liberals) will always control the outcome of the elections.

This isnt the first time the idea of letting downstate keep the safe act and upstate revert back to the modified 1994 AWB (which also would be shit and should have been faught, thanks NRA)

That would be a killer blow to the law and allow down state to fight and have a chance of getting the whole thing tossed out

No, by passing this law it 1) shows how un needed the law was to start 2) how little New York wanted it and 3) gives down state a great argument to then fight the "new law"

So, shit all over the equal protections clause in the 14th AGAIN because...it already got shat all over previously?

While I'd love to see it pass because I'd get mine so to speak, the trashing of the Constitution is out of control and arbitrary law enactment/enforcement only contributes to it.

Because the 14th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is irrelevant here.
