I put one on my 120 Winchester ( ATI brand +2 I think).
I've had no problems but I've racked more dummy rounds through it than live shells.
Anno does not match, if that matters. Got it for $20 on Ebay.

In my opinion it is better to buy an 870 with an extension already installed. Then the transition from magazine to the extension is already deburred and smoothed, there are no mag spring retention plug dimples to deal with and that means no holes in your mag tube. You can still transition between hunting and home defense configurations easily and with no problems.This is mine with a Surefire DSF.

Extensions are a good idea, just remember there is a 7 round SAFE Act restriction on semi auto (not pumps).

I haven't added an extension to gain more shells but I have taken out the magazine spring retainer (not the 2 shell migratory birds plug thing, that was tossed in the garbage during the unboxing lol)but at the very top of the magazine tube. Once that retainer is out and cap screwed back on I gained the ability to hold 2 more . Mine is H & R Pardner 12ga Gun Review: H&R 1871 Pardner Pump Protector 12 Gauge - The Truth About Guns holds 6 normal, now holds 8..the 1871 Pardner is pretty identical to the Rem 870 all interchangeable parts except the barrel. So if anyone has one, that's the trick I've been using and firing with for past few years, works fine.

Years ago on a 500 I had (not sure) 9 shot 2 3/4in shells. WAY WAY back not knowing any better that it was not legal on a slug gun for deer lol.
FUAC go as long as you can stand it, don't cuck. Don't axe Commies how many slugs to sling.
I like Nordic Comp tubes and springs. Get an extended spring and trim it down as needed. A better low drag follower while you're at it.

I have a benelli vinci. It holds 12+1......or maybe it is 11+1. I can remember. I think it is 12 so i get an even load out.
No matter what it loads fast doing quad loads.
Who brought c3d to rain on the party?.....too bad there is always one.......
