14 inch barrel with pinned muzzle brake

Can i have a 14 inch barrel with a 2 inch pinned and welded muzzle device so my rifle isn't so long? I found a nice muzzle device but it's 2 and 3/8 inches long and makes the barrel 18 inches long which I'm not a fan of. Thanks in advance.

Not on a semi auto rifle that can accept detachable magazines. On a semi auto rifle that cannot accept detachable magazines you can or on a bolt, lever, or pump rifle you can.

Yes. Min rifle barrel length is 16 inches.

To be specific, it’s ok as long as “pinned mag” means magazine is fixed to receiver not a standard capacity mag pinned to only accept 10 rounds.
