I ended up getting a hold of my regular FFL and he'll handle the outbound transfer for me for the normal incoming transfer rate (which I'll pass on to the buyer), which will be the path of least resistance for me. Still a time and effort drain vs dropping it at the Fedex hub 2 miles from my house, but it will serve as a lesson to myself to be more careful in the future.

i would use the post office. i find it faster and more convenient.

as long as he is willing to pay the transfer fee i guess you are gtg.

Thank you. The sad part is, if you buy a handgun out of Nassau County you have to make two trips to the PD for registration. It’s not worth the effort. They have you by the nads.

I just had a guy pick up an ar postol from me yesterday. From Nassau. Told me he no longer has to bring it in.

They let us buy guns from Campsite and with no return. This started a few weeks ago. I was there 2 weeks ago, with a SW 22 from Campsite. I don’t know if it got any better. God , I hope it has.
