I've decided to let go of my bike! "Mrs. Rider" sold her bike a few years back after we rode past a fatal MC accident. Mine has been idle for 2 years while I tore it down and gave it a new paint job then just haven't found the time for it...blame the boat, the RV. the range time, whatever... it wants a new home! It's listed on Craigslist for $2800 but $2500 for NYG members would take it! Message me with any questions!
Very low mileage 1995 Honda Shadow American Classic Edition. Runs great and has always been well maintained. I just haven't had the time to ride it for a few years now and it's time for it to go to someone who will run it down the road! You can see the transformation I put it through (purple? really?). The paint is brand new (my second time having it painted over the years).. The bike has not been ridden since painting was done. The wide whitewall tires have around 100 miles on them and are in great shape.
The mods done to the bike include... crash bars with foot rests, floor boards, heel and toe shifter, luggage rack, smaller tail lights (originals included), coil spring shocks which lower the back end almost 2 inches. (Originals included), custom wrapped exhaust (a bit on the loud side, but sounds great).
Battery is a couple years old but still kicks it over, even when cold.
It has a clean oil and filter change.
Also included is a nice side mounted tool bag (shown in the pictures). The large luggage bag is not included!
