Trump better quadruple his effort to drain the swamp. He needs a massive purge. All the Obama connected guys need to go. Half the Republican RINOs are just as bad (in looking at you mccain, graham, etc) they need to go, we need as many trump appoited judges as possible. Trump needs his own guy running the FBI and intelligence agencies.

During the US Civil War when the Irish immigrants hit Ellis Island and then Manhattan, the men were immediately drafted into the Union Army and sent to fight. (This was mostly because of a potato famine.) Rather than sending US troops to fix the problems in the Middle East, why can't those fleeing be trained and sent back to fix the problems in their own countries? It's clear many don't like us, they hate our culture. They're like democrats and live in a constant state of denial. People need to take care of their own house first and not be bad guest in other people's houses.

since when can a federal Judge over rule the Commander in Chief on national security issues.
If thats the case, every time a President wants to send troops to a conflict, any Federal judge can get an injunction and say "no Mr President, you can not send troops anywhere ~~~neener,neener,neener "

In reading the articles the judges are basing their decision not on the language in the executive order but on Trump's campaign comments. This is outrageous and these judges need to be removed. This is judicial power as tyranny. If this is upheld then any judge can use any comment made by a politician to overrule any executive order. So much for being a country of laws and not men. Shameful.

There are always unintended consequences. It would seem that Ginsberg could be put in a position of recusing herself in any case dealing with DJT. This would be based upon what she said about him during the campaign.

Hey should find a couple judges of his own and get them to overrule a bunch of the left's sacred cows.
Imagine what they would do if some judge ruled that the 86 MG ban was illegal, *and* ordered the ATF to accept new registrations while it was being appealed?
