If you pass a NICS check you should be able to get a gun, regardless of where you buy it or what state you live in. Actually, I have issues with having to pass a NICS check but that's a story for another day.

In short, this is small potatoes in the grand scheme of things but if SCOTUS hears it and rules for the pro-gun side I'll take the win.

Still require police approval to take ownership and a permit approved by that same body so whats being gained? the ability to buy a gun at an out of state gun store and have them hold it for you indefinitely.

BS ,.,. we used buy them from the sears n roebucks catalog and at the hardware ware store .. cash and walk out .. no mass shooting then , we carried them to school too .. .. no school shooting .. Fk this BS .. the laws are on the books 100 yrs ago .. murder is murder no mater what the fk you used ..

In most states, it would let you buy a gun with only a NICS check. All that extra BS you mentioned are NYisms.
