Hitting up the local politicians who claim they back the 2A would be a start. Counties and local towns. Have to stop hiding in the shadows. The publicity keeps the issue alive, Andy hates negative publicity.

I think the author of that piece has it wrong. I'm pretty sure all those counties are sanctuaries from STATE laws not federal. He says from federal laws. I mean maybe federal too, but those sheriffs in NM for example are refusing to enforce new state laws.

True, he was focused on resistance to the Feds. However, once the die is cast as a Sheriff that you will not uphold unconstitutional law, then the source of that unconstitutional law becomes irrelevant, whether Federal or State. If we could get a few counties in NYS to follow this "2A Sanctuary" lead, it would do more for our rights than any destruction to the legislative lawn.

Additionally, I think FUAC and his minions are terrified of what can happen in SCOTUS, as their entire gun control pack of cards could be destroyed with appropriate scrutiny applied, and the ultimate application of the supremacy clause.

Yep! Hopefully the application of strict scrutiny for all past and future gun laws is what comes out of the NYSRPA lawsuit.

Don’t we all. But I think we will see NYSRPA decided on non-RKBA grounds and it won’t be a helpful precedent. Unless Roberts rediscovers the constitution.
