I purchased a rifle online through an online distributor and firearm gets sent to an FFL (Dealer) of your choice to complete transfer & do NICS check.

These morons don't understand that although you can buy (read: "pay for") a firearm online without a background check, the gun must be shipped to an FFL so that you can be background-checked before taking possession of the firearm.
