The short answer is .308 Win and 30-06 Springfield use the same set of .30 caliber bullets. If you don't currently have reload manuals, (which sounds like the case) I strongly suggest you get the one appropriate for whichever bullets you obtain, and note that civilian loads and military loads are different.

Will they ship components to NY? I remember having an issue with them a couple years ago. They haven't had anything I've really needed since then.
They're the place to buy over-run and blem Nosler stuff. Availability is really streaky (due to Nosler's production schedule) but I haven't seen many places where you can get Nosler components cheaper.
