My question why would anyone want to be an entrepreneur or work hard when being a freeloader has never been easier?

Collectively it is the voters responsibility to supervise the politicians.

The root of our problems is that the ven diagram of taxpayers and voters has drifted apart. We have lots of voters who have none of the fiscal responsibility that taxpayers do.

I think our system broke fundamentally when we abandoned federalism with the 16th ammendment.

If you are going to eliminate the states as semi-soverign entities, then you need to restructure the federal legislature to match.

Bicameral is good, but have one house based on tax payers and the other on citizens. One dollar one vote in the house that creates budgets.

One person one vote in the house that creates laws.

To be a contract we would have had to have a choice.

You can't take money from someone at gunpoint and call it a contract.

If it was a contract, people who be able to simply not sign up for it (and honestly, what 20 or 30 something in their right mind would).
