Anyone know a good resource for AR hand guard STL files? I can’t seem to find any that don’t say for “airsoft only” I did a site search but nadda ?

Do the air soft ones double as ones for real guns? Sometimes those parts are interchangeable.

Unknown?? Not sure if the design itself would be strong enough or be attachable to the real deal?

I know that when shopping some gun related items on amazon they say "for airsoft" or words of similar effect. I always figured it was a way to get around an Amazon policy seeing as it was the same product that Midway or Brownells sold.

Yea the thing is there really isn’t a reason for it for a print file.

Thingverse has hundreds of models that are marked airsoft but are not. Check STLfinder, it searches all the big modeling sites at once.

Any reason you would want to print a handguard? They are dirt cheap. Personally, I wouldn't waste filament on one.

Ok thanks. Trying to build with as many print parts as I can. It’s just a winter project for shits and giggles
