These are just carbs. I don't see a lot of nutritional value here for the level of effort in a prepping scenario. The single best food / hardest commodity to get during a SHTF scenario is going to be protein. These have almost nothing. The carbs are also not complex and you'll burn out fast eating them.
IMO, your best bet is to stockpile:
Dry whey protein powder, it lasts easily years. Pea protein may last even longer and also has a high leucine content for muscle protein synthesis so you don't waste away without sufficient protein intake in a SHTF scenario.
A few extra boxes of bran flakes. Most breakfast cereals are heavily fortified with vitamins to force people to eat well. Bran flakes are probably the most rounded. They last a long time in storage and contain nearly 100% RDA of vitamin intake per serving.
Nuts / seeds. This covers your healthy fats. Chia seeds are very high in Omega-3 and last nearly forever. Walnuts are also a very good source of healthy fats. Chia seed is a little better option wise cause they also contain a massive amount of Vitamin K for platelet production.
Dried fruit for healthy carbs with good shelf life
Shredded wheat also for good carbs with reasonable shelf life
Oatmeal, mostly because it's good for mixing with other things like the chia seed and the carbs are healthy.
