Bought as a complete upper for a mag locked build so it has all the standard AR components. Also equipped with a rear MBUS. BCG is included as well. Shipped directly from PSA fully assembled. Never been fired. Never had the time and sadly just need the money. Asking $250 for it. If I can track down the box in my house, might be able to ship on your dime.
