I watched this well before you posted it. He is basically saying one company who make the reamers was made out of spec. I got nothing else out of it other then that. In my mind he is ranting on about the 6.5 like the whole design is trash. Far from reality. And some brass makers are wrong in their sizing.
Budget barrel and rifle makers are going to make mistakes because they build for volume and
not quality. This has nothing to do with a properly chambered rifle.
All the popular 6mm to 7mm cartridges are very accurate w. little exception.
6mm PPC and 6.5BR are the kings in BR.
The 6.5x47 lapua rakes up score competition all over the world.
The 7-08 has the best long range ballistics of all the simple SA design derived from the 308.
The 6.5 cred is just the fashion right now because of great marketing campaigns vs. others.
The design is nothing special, it is really the same than several wildcats preceding it.
I have five 6.5 creedmoor rifles and have not run into the issue he is describing. Of course he specifically mentions Ruger rifles and I do not have any of those but, I have bought federal and Hornady factory ammo and have not experienced any problems he describes. And who doesn’t full length size new brass when they get ready to load it?
