yes, but what is worse is that politicians only go after people with legitimate prescriptions for opioid painklillers.
Like gun owners, legit scripts are low-hanging fruit. Easy to blame, easy to enforce.

so, on top of allowing the atrocities that happened to the kid in that article, the sick, corrupt, and evil politicians also get the pleasure of knowing that hundreds of thousands of old people get to live in agonizing pain every day.

Makes me wish certain politicians would meet the front end of their limo, at high speeds, and be denied painkillers. But that's just wishful thinking.
