Next best thing is likely to be the Syracuse Gun Show April 23-24 at the Fairgrounds in Syracuse....might check gun show trader for local or even PA Shows.

Haha I know exactly who you're talking about. He helped me get into shooting and was the only person selling ammo at reasonable prices. Great guy.
