Well, my Yugo is out for repair to fix a canted front sight, so I decided to use the parts I ordered on my new VEPR instead.

It didn't cost much. $42 for the SGM VEPR stock adapter, $20 for a cheap Bulgarian butt stock that I had to sand down to fit in the receiver and then refinish to match the handguard as best I could, $10 for a Strike Industries featureless AK grip, plus the shipping charges for the parts.
Not bad for a first try.
