The blame is on the voters who elect the worthless politicians. The demOrats will never put their criminal foot soldiers in prison. They need the criminals so that they can get re-elected by dumb voters who think these POS politicians are actually going to do something about all the bad actors. Just another 4yr paycheck for the politician, paid for by us, then comes re-election time, they start begging the peasants again to re-elect them, to do big nothings, again, and again, and again.
