This was made by submoatarget.com which doesn't seem to be in business anymore. Made of 7075 anodized aluminum with steel inserts and guide plates. Designed for use with a drill press. I might have used it once. It will come with a couple of end mill bits that came with it. You will need to supply new 1/4" bolts that hold it at the takedown pin holes. Found the bolts, you'll need nuts for them.
