80% lower legality

What are the laws on 80% lowers in New York? I know no pistols. But rifles I've been told they are legal but they cant leave your property. This true?

You can get an 80% pistol. Just have to have a license and serialized and added to said license.

As for the 80% rifles also completely legal... as to the cant leave your property, that's complete bull shit. You cannot build them and sell then for profit with out a manufacturing license, and say you have one that later in life dont have a need for and want to sell it, you then have to have it serialized and then normal laws apply with long gun transfers

The vast majority of it will be in Articles 265 and 400. 400 relates mostly to licensing.
