80% sells about the easiest one just need a cheap plunge router

I've done a few 80%ers and the router turned out a better finish by FAR! I don't remember the name of the jig but it was so easy to use and finish. As a contrast I tried a drill press/vise and while it worked it's rough and loaded with machine marks, the router left nothing but a mirror smooth finish.
OP, it's easy to do and you should buy it NOW and I mean NOW as in TODAY even if you don't plan on using it for awhile. BTW , the chips fly every where so plan on a mess.

Have used the 80%’s and jig from 80 percent arms. They have a list of recommended routers on their site. Was easy.
