That's what I got. The 115 gr+P Xtreme Penetrator. I thought you were talking about the Penetrator but after reading, I see it was the Defender.

I like the Penetrator for a few reasons. Solid pistol bullets that don't expand have never had problems in the past with under penetration. I like more penetration than the 12 to 18 because not situations call for 12 to 18. IE, a fat guy wearing a leather jacket behind a car door and many other scenarios.

Look into a Glock 33 with a +1 pearce extension for 10 rounds of .357 Sig. It really does hit that much harder than 9mm. The Underwood bonded JHP 125 gr is what you want based on your criteria

Where do you guys find the lehigh defense loads? I am currently a hornady guy but would like to start carrying the extreme penetrators for my 380 as it is a normally under penetrating round and the extreme defenders in 9mm +p.

Whatever ammo you shoot the most consistently and accurately with is what you carry... Penetration, Energy are secondary if you cannot hit what your aiming at!!!
