The only thing that's clear is that January 20th can't come soon enough. We need some, no, we need a lot of new judicial appointments.
Gun store owners can open their business. Seems like a win to me.
I remember the pro 2nd ruling of a 3-judge panel of the 9th, especially O'Scannlain's text - this was in May 2016. IIRC, the party ruled against, anti-2nd scum, asked for an en banc ruling by the entire 9th Circuit bench.
It appears that the en banc ruling has overridden the earlier 3 judge panel.
At least that's what it looks like to me. The writer needs to add some depth and transitional stuff to flesh this out for those who may not be familiar with the story.

I think the title is saying the 9th Circuit ruled the lower court's gun decision as being unconstitutional i.e., "Unconstitutional Gun Ruling", not that it's ruling was unconstitutional i.e., "Unconstitutional Gun Ruling". Gotta love the English language, LOL... my guess is English is a second language for the author but who knows.
The Judicial branch of our Gov't has no teeth, this has been exposed and exploited by the outgoing POTUS for the last 8 years and counting. It's real simple, until the highest Judicial form of our Gov't rules that the 2nd be applied under "STRICT" scrutiny as in other so called "RIGHTS", there will be this folly. It will ever endure until that day.
