Let's assume that Article 6, Amendment 10, the 14th, ect was interpreted wrongly or correctly. It was rightfully ignored or wrongfully ignored.

Why after you still arguing the issue of state rights for gun control when NY has the 2A text in it's Bill of Rights and the Courts have ruled that the Federal Bill of Rights applies to the states now?

Answer. You are trying to justify NY gun control. You are one of those Fudds that think only certain people should have guns or certain type of guns. NYS does not have a Right to Bear Arms in it's Constitution it is in the Civil Rights Law!

But all but a few States did have a Right to Bear Arms in their Constitution and at least 16 of them said they had the right to prohibit concealed carry. State Constitutional Right to Keep and Bear Arms Provisions

Oh and by the way keep Quoting the Federalist's they were against adding a BOR's to the Constitution which would have meant no 2A so where would we be today?

I support all methods of shooting and carry. Never, ever said that I didn't. Your collection doesn't absolve you of Fuddism. Fudds have lots of guns at times. Some true 2A activists only own 1 or 2 guns. Some none at all for other reasons. The amount you own means nothing. See the video below.

I said that it was in the Civil Rights Law in a previous post did I not? The NY Bill of Rights is in 2 places. One place has a Second Amendment. In the other place, it doesn't. Regardless, New York decided to put it in there. So why try to say that it doesn't exist or it's addition still invalidates the right to keep and bear arms?

No you haven't. I and others have proved to you that the Bill of Rights have always applied to the States in previous posts. I have proved to you that it was reiterated that it always had applied in previous court decisions and even then, that's not good enough. Whether it did or not, (let's assume that it didn't for the sake of discussion) it does now yet you still defend gun control on concealed carry. Why? Because you are against it and always try to make cases for it not being a right when it is. That makes you a Fudd. It isn't an insult if its true.

One can say, "Oh well. It does now." Not you! You still try to find ways for it to not be a right. That's the true definition of a Fudd.
