A.410 AR-15??

I’d imagine if you fixed the mag on this it would be legal with the 5 round mag from what I’m reading. However, there is the semi automatic banned feature so this one is a bit tough to decided on. What say you all with a fixed 5 round mag? Still illegal because it’s semi auto and has an adjustable stock? Fixed stock and fixed mag should be GTG. I think it’s neat.

I think you could hand feed it that or if the shells are the same diameter and 2.29” it sounds like it would run them. That’s just a guess though from reading the article. I can’t find anything to verify that.

I thought that too, but then a telescopic stick is also a banned feature on shotguns in NYS and you only need one feature to make it an assault rifle correct? I’m just curious.

.410 Shouldn't be summarily dismissed: the only difference between Shotshells is the payload they'll carry for their diameter.
7/8 oz from a .410 will do the same damage as 7/8 oz from a .20 Gauge (given the same relative velocity)

19” barrel. There’s things I like about it and things I don’t. .410’s are expensive and not great ballistics. They said the barrel is thin so it balances well. I just thought it was neat then I got to thinking hmm the legality of it as well.

Well it now an "Assault Shotgun" not a Rifle. and the collapsible or folding stock would preclude ownership by Serfs.
Pinned Stock or an A1/A2 stock would seeming make it OK.

That’s the way I read it to. I don’t think the barrel is riffled so I take it as a shotgun as well.
