What about people who own existing airsoft rifles? I have an airsoft AK currently, but I purchased it a really long time ago. I think early 2000s.

From what I can tell it bans any new imitation weapons from entering the state, or being sold in the state, that don't conform to the coloring policy. It's a business law, essentially. What it does not state is that it bans possession for existing owners in the law which is being amended.
