Now we wait and see if this derails the lawsuit against New York City.

No hunting exception in this round of legislation however... it appears that any license that allows Hunting would still be seen as a "carry" license in the eyes of PL400 as per the relevant case law that withholds the force of law from otherwise administrative restrictions.

I encourage all here who have not read the bill to read it to see the absolute degree of stupidity spelled out in the text.

Then again, everybody here already knows what we are up against...

No media on this because no gun group wants to report on it or the dozen other gun control bills which passed the state legislature this year.

Only mention is this notice about the bill from ILA back in May.
