DO be careful, don't use deadly force in any less capacity than you would a human threatening your or your Families lives...Someone will blow you in so S-S-SU is out of the question, and DEC always sides with the Animal and the State.

Best friend had a nuisance Bear causing all sorts of problems even to the point of charging his Wife while trying to walk out of their house...he killed it, Game Wardens were determined to arrest him, finally they came to the conclusion the Bear had acted aggressively, was the subject of numerous complaints, and was well over 500 pounds.

I’d have shot that bear too. Arrest me then. A bear charging anyone is a threat. Those jerks would have shot it too.

I had a monster sized black bear who was pooping at all the doors of my house last summer, which is an obvious challenge to me (or more likely, my dogs, who ran him off). Luckily winter came and he went to take a nap. I haven't seen him yet this year.

He really was a big guy. Showed the photos to the rangers and they estimated a 350 pound male.
