Seems like #14 is awful convenient for them. We get to be run through more checks for what....money. we are second class citizens to them. It seems that it wouldn't be legal to run us through these data bases without it being in the law. What could prevent you from having a pistol that the Dmv would have??? Complete bull shit.

According to the recert app as posted on this forum, only arrests since original permit issue or last recert need to be noted.

Since it is up to the county issuing authority to process any revocations, what if the issuing authority for these counties marked in green told the State that they refuse to participate and any revocation notices will be binned.

Ah, but if wishes were ponies, I'd ride outta this place.

I don't know. I'm in one of those green counties but my issuing officer is a Democrat.
